How to avoid big loss for your orders when shipment? suggestion from Carol, Toys Supplier in China.

Recently it is really tough time for both supplier and foreign buyer under the pandemic situation. And I think you’ve heard the recurrent of COVID-19 in Shanghai. Today I’ve talked with clients and here is the suggestion for all you guys.

For your orders and pending shipment, you could email your supplier to check with them: Is there any impact on the recurrent of COVID-19? Such as raw-material being received at a later time? lack of manpower? Or any other delaying factors that causing shipment to be delayed? And the important thing is to check with your supplier whether there will be delay for shipment because of the recurrent of COVID-19 for your order? If there is any impact, let you know in advance.

By this way, to avoid big loss.

Always request the supplier to inform you in advance for any special situation.

Tell them do not inform you that the goods are not ready after you already arranged everything, you’ve already confirmed the delivery schedule to your consignee, you’ve already booked the sailing, or you’ve done the advertisement etc… Right?
